Capita Technical Services Support Credits offer pre-paid technical support vouchers to assist organisations that usually support their Capita Software Services applications in-house. These credits give you the reassurance that you can call upon the skills and expertise of the Capita Technical Services team if you need it.

Your organisation can still have easy access to our team of professional Ingres Database Administrators (DBAs) while maintaining familiar, in-house technical expertise. We can provide our support at relatively short notice, making it ideal for holidays, sickness or even weekend out-of-hours cover. There are discounted rates for purchasing larger amounts of credit.

What will the Support Credits supply?
