  • Housing training

    details

    Ensuring your staff are fully trained on your software systems is the key to maximum efficiency. Our Professional Services team can supply training directly to all end users or on a “train the trainer” basis, where we help you identify key users and train them to deliver courses to others. We will produce a detailed training programme that includes all workers affected by the software implementation, whether they are technical, operational or management. This programme will specify individual courses tailored for each department’s needs. Training is normally staggered to help users absorb new information, but all scheduling decisions are made in consultation with you.

  • Housing implementation and consultancy

    We provide project management services as part of the implementation of all our products. Our methodology is based upon PRINCE2, a leading IT standard. Our housing consultants are drawn from the social housing sector, with a mix of local authority and housing association backgrounds. They have front-line experience of the issues your organisation faces daily. Our relationship with you will be the cornerstone to any successful project, so your Capita project manager will work closely with your own project managers to deliver bespoke consultancy services and meet your objectives. We believe in open dialogue and working together in a close partnership to resolve any complex developments that may arise during a project.

  • Housing seminars

    The Capita Housing team hosts regular seminars on all aspects of our housing software. These seminars are delivered across the country, helping organisations discover how Capita Housing solutions can transform their business and unlock their potential. The majority of speakers at our seminars are satisfied customers who have experienced the benefits of our solutions, supported by experts from Capita. We also host the annual Capita Housing National Conference. 2009’s event saw Professor Germaine Greer attend as the keynote speaker. She discussed the complex issues within the social housing sector with over 150 delegates at the two day event held at Stratford-upon-Avon.
