We offer two separate methods of payment solutions where the customer is present. These are a traditional cash office Counter Receipting application and the advanced Mobile Payments solution.

Counter Receipting supports payment by cash, cheque or credit and debit cards. Mobile Payments is a flexible, cost-effective and easy mobile card-processing solution. It has none of the constraints associated with traditional fixed, bank-owned terminals. You can use it on your own premises, in the field (for instance at events) or on the customer‘s doorstep.

    Our Counter Receipting software allows you to accept payment by cash, cheque or credit and debit card with Chip & PIN support. It was one of the first products to the market with the latest card fraud protection measures. Using Counter Receipting with our Secure Bureau Service application passes most of your PCI DSS security responsibilities to Capita, therefore eliminating expensive overheads associated with supporting an on-site APACS infrastructure. The system is deployed rapidly and centrally and is resilient and secure, with intuitive payment entry screens. It offers real-time card authorisation through a PCI DSS Level 1 service and PA-DSS standard software, with support for a wide range of peripheral devices.

    This flexible, cost-effective and easy to commission mobile card payment processing solution is deployed throughout your organisation on tablet PCs. It is a highly secure, plug-in option that increases the available payment options for customers and revenue opportunities for you. Versatile and rapidly deployable, you can use this solution at events or in the field, for instance when visiting customers’ homes. Card authorisation is real time, with an in-built Chip & PIN card reader. The system is also highly secure as no card details are held on the device: they are encrypted and processed in our PCI DSS certified data centre. The card processing application is also PA-DSS certified.
