Capita Payment Management offers formal training for our site-based solutions, covering daily operation and administration. We also offer training on report writing using Crystal reports. Customers who require refresher training or instruction for new staff can also request this at any time.
As every customer has specific requirements, many training requests are based on individual reporting or file import/export needs. These are normally carried out by the engineer responsible for installation and configuration of new solutions. As they have extensive experience of our payment management solutions, they are able to adapt and tailor the training delivery as required.
Members of the Configuration Team provide on-site consultancy on processes involving data import/export and reconciliation or reporting. Our knowledge of data reconciliation and exception handling often translates to valuable guidance on issues delaying access to key data or causing other administrative overheads.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
We offer a two-day consultancy package to assist with completion of the PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). This is required annually from all organisations that accept card payments. Key deliverables include:
- Identification of the SAQ applicable to your organisation
- Assistance with completion of the SAQ
- Identification and assistance in addressing any areas of weakness
- Overview of processes, procedures and documentation to identify any area for development.
This consultancy is usually sufficient to enable organisations to complete and submit the SAQ. However, if your card payment profile is wide ranging or uses services or systems from external suppliers, this exercise may identify a requirement for further assistance.
