Consumers increasingly prefer employing card payments to other methods. The decline in cheques is well known, while some prefer card payment to direct debits as it offers more control over when and individual payments are taken.

Capita Payment Management software includes solutions for contact centres or any location where payments are taken at first point of contact with your customers and citizens. They are also ideal for Mail Order Telephone Order (MOTO) payments (where customers provide card details to be entered by a member of your staff).

Used with our Secure Bureau Service, you pass a great deal of your PCI DSS responsibilities to Capita. Unlike many competing systems, Capita Payment Management’s solutions are PA-DSS certified. Fraud protection includes use of the Card Security Code (CSC) and Address Verification System (AVS) checks. No card details are stored on site, and real-time authorisation is provided through a PCI DSS certified level 1 service.
