This software allows inspectors to complete all pre-, post- and void inspection records on site. They can upload any updates and changes to the core database without returning to the office or re-entering information. They can also raise a works order on site, with details of rates schedules and contractor information available on their mobile devices.

This software application integrates fully with Capita Contractor , allowing contractors on-site to see the details of scheduled jobs. They can record work for each job or visit, and time spent on individual SOR items. They can also add, remove or alter an allocated SOR and update the status of each job. Your organisation can inform contractors of work one job at a time or give them a full days’ work up-front.
Contractors no longer need to start each job at the depot, as they receive jobs via their mobile device, including jobs with appointments. You can schedule work using Capita Contractor or a third-party scheduler, such as OptiTime from X-Embrace.
