Capita’s mobile solution for schools, SIMS Mobile Registration, is an easy way for teachers to record and update class attendance. They can use a mobile device to record attendance whether in or out of the classroom.
Teachers can record attendance for their own classes and those of other staff members, if they are providing lesson cover. Information is submitted electronically to the main SIMS database in real time.
You can create custom registers, which can be used for keeping attendance records for school trips or examinations. Teachers can also see student information (including a picture), contact details for guardians and medical information.
