  • Property Inspections

    details

    Council Tax and Business Rates inspectors need to review property inspection records on the move, plus update the status of each visit, add notes and record changes of address. This application allows them to make updates in the field, which are then automatically sent to the back office in real time, using a connection.
     
    The application also supports work in a Shared Services environment; where a single inspector carries out work for more than one local authority area. An optional Building Works module allows inspectors to track and update new builds and property alterations on their mobile devices.

  • Courts

    details

    This application gives mobile access to information required for Council Tax Liability Order court hearings. Court officers receive new court appearance listings and account information on their mobile devices each day. As data is held on the device, it can be reviewed offline when the device is not connected.
     
    Officers can be sure of current information on all cases, and can quickly locate a specific case for review. They can review and accept provisional arrangements and create new payments. Officers can also update notes directly, eliminating re-keying for greater speed and accuracy. All information is automatically sent to the back office in real time, when connected.
