The introduction of mobile working can mean quite a radical change to the way staff carry out their day to day activities. Consequently this is often an unsettling time which requires careful consideration before implementation.
Capita understand how effective training can be used to ensure this new technology brings the benefits our customers are expecting. We provide a comprehensive training programme, to ensure the mobile solution proposed is implemented in line with our customers preferred business processes and officers feel confident about using this technology carrying out their day to day duties.
Training Approach
Capita recommends the “Train the Trainer” approach, which means you will retain skills in house, to be able to provide training downstream either to new employees or refresher training to existing employees. This approach has proved to be not only the most cost effective, but also the best way of training, as nominated staff will be on hand to provide advice and guidance to technicians, when the solution is used out on the field.
Included within the training package is a user training programme and a technical training programme.
