Our business consultants, will be available on-site to help customers make the most of the solution Capita are proposing.
Firstly our consultants will discuss with key users the business processes the system is required to support, and then set-up the mobile system to reflect these processes.
Once the system has been set-up our consultants will be available to help resolve any issues that arise during testing, as well as providing advice and guidance on how best to roll out the solution, based on experience gained during the testing phase.
A Capita consultant will be available (on site if required) on 'go-live' day to ensure the smooth running of the system, to provide support to both IT staff and officers out in the field, should any problems arise.
Two weeks after go-live a Capita consultant will return to site to conduct an evaluation of the system with staff to review how the system is working, users experiences and agree any changes that may be required. The Capita consultant will also be able to provide advice and guidance on how the solution can be best used following feedback from officers out in the field.
The service provided by Capita also incorporates Project Management, customers are allocated a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the project is implemented within agreed timescales. The Project Manager will also be responsible for co-ordinating all resources within Capita, and liaising with the Customer Project Manager, to continually check that both organisations are clear on how responsibilities within the project are allocated, and that expectations are consistent.
