Capita can provide through it's partner a managed mobile data service for the exchange of information between authorised users in the office and mobile workers. The network element of the managed service is monitored and managed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure the highest levels of service for all our customers.

The method of data transmission ensures all authenticated users both mobile and office based receive accurate and reliable communications. The network manages all transactional data packets sent between authorised users of the service, providing a secure and resilient solution through direct and dedicated connections to all four UK GPRS network operators. These links are also monitored and maintained on a round the clock basis.

Included within the solution is a suite of management and control tools to ensure back office support and management teams remain in control of field workforce operations.
