Verification Framework

This module provides the Visiting Officer with the tools to complete a Verification Framework (VF) visit.  VF visits (either via the HBMS - high risk review file or local risk based reviews) can be uploaded at the desired frequency (up to 1 week in advance) and with integration of the optional MS Mappoint software, allows all such visits to be ordered in a logical 'walking order', saving the officer both time, accommodation costs and petrol expense.

Council Tax and Business Rates Inspections

The design of the Council Tax module forges links between the Council Tax database and a personalised mobile device (for example a tablet pc) and has the ability to link with a dedicated server that manages/communicates with both applications.

The Council Tax Inspections module incorporates the latest mobile hand held technology and enables staff to be permanently 'off site' while still effectively carrying out their day-to-day duties.
