Service Charge Management

Central to Capita Software Services' solution for Service Charge Management is the ability to take estimated or actual costs and apportion them across groups of properties linked in a flexible manner. This applies to costs provided by invoice from an external provider or through planned and responsive maintenance programmes.

Documentation is produced according to the organisation's individual requirements and costs applied to individual accounts on approval or following adjustment to take account of disputed charges.

Service charges may be applied to individual tenant accounts, or to leasehold accounts established and maintained within the Rents module.
