Right To Buy

Applications to purchase a property under the Right to Buy (or Right to Acquire for housing associations) may be managed by the Right to Buy module.

Using a series of user definable steps, a Right to Buy application is managed from the point of receipt through to the eventual completion or withdrawal of the sale. Data is easily captured such as the names of the applicants, claims for discount based on current and former tenancies held improvements carried out by the tenant and any former discounts received.

Fully integrated with the rest of the system, the Right to Buy module gives access to property and tenancy details direct from the Right to Buy application. Users are warned when accessing properties are subject to a Right to Buy application. Completion of a sale automatically ends the tenancy and updates the property record to remove it from the debit roll.

Discounts are automatically calculated based on the information entered.
