Rent Management

Housing incorporates comprehensive facilities for the management of rent, service charge and other accounts. Complying with the latest initiatives such as rent restructuring and supporting people regimes, Rents Management provides features designed to ease the process of financial control.

Rents Management is flexible enough to cope with a wide diversity of charging mechanisms across an organisation's stock and allows, for example, for different debit cycles, rent free periods and calculation methods to be applied to different groups of properties within the same database.

A full range of financial controls is applied and comprehensive audit trails provided. Batch processes are accompanied by supporting reports including detailed and summary reports, exception reports etc.

Housing also incorporates a Rent Registration module enabling organisations to create, print and view applications for rent registration, chase progress and record the result of the Rent Officer's decision.
