Allocations

The Housing Allocations module incorporates all the features required to effectively manage housing and transfer registers, choice based lettings, shortlist applicants for available properties against definable policies and manage the offer process through to the re-letting of a property and establishment of a tenancy and rent account.

Using information that may already be available through the core person database, an applicant’s circumstances may be recorded and used to prioritise their application according to one or many policies that are user definable within the system. This feature makes the system an ideal solution for those wishing to host a common housing register with partner housing providers.

Alternatively, applicants may bid for properties using the choice based methodology. Such bids may be on-line, via text or voice recognition

Housing fully supports the trend towards regional and sub-regional choice based lettings partnerships.
