Self Service Modules Overview
Self-Service modules are specifically designed to enable citizen access to details of their various accounts with the council via the internet and, depending on the council's access strategy, through a variety of alternative channels. All transactions are secure and are supported by up-to-date individual account information from back office systems.
Our e-Citizen module allows customers to have seamless single sign-on communication across numerous integrated departments. Citizens self-register and, using a single login, transact, track and record all their interactions with the council through a single point of entry.
By supporting online enquiries, the Self-Service modules save staff time and assist customers. The number of queries made by letter or telephone usually falls substantially, helping to save time, cut costs and improve services. These web-based services are already being delivered successfully by many of our local government customers, providing tangible quick wins in the achievement of e-Service delivery.
