Capita Software Services provides a professional Project Management Service as part of the implementation of all our products. Our methodology is based upon PRINCE2, a recognised IT industry standard, in which all our Project Managers are trained. There is a strong emphasis on a pro-active partnership with the customer, the Capita Project Manager working closely with the customer's appointed Project Manager throughout.

The cornerstone to any successful project is the relationship between the customer and the supplier particularly at Project Management level. Capita Software Services operates its projects on a partnership basis that rely upon open dialogue and mutual resolution of issues as and when required.
