Capita will be launching this whitepaper at the CIPFA Annual Conference 2011 on Thursday 7 July at the ICC in Birmingham. What every CEO needs to know about shared services will be made available to delegates attending the session “Lifting the lid on successful shared services: the expert panel”.
This workshop, from 14:00-15:00, will feature senior managers from Wychavon District Council, Anglia Revenues Partnership, Compass Point Business Services, and South Dorset Revenues and Benefits Partnership, alongside Paul Millard, operations director at Capita. Helen Olsen, managing editor, UKauthorITy and ITU magazine, will be chairing the panel discussion, opening the floor to questions following the discussion.
