Guardian24 is the leading UK supplier of Lone Worker Personal Security services. Over 400 public and private sector organisations use Guardian24. The service protects over 30,000 individual employees and handles 100,000 events a month. Guardian24 is a lone worker application available as a module of the Totalmobile solution for smart phones. It has been designed to support your mobile staff every time they go out on an appointment, monitoring their progress and location and organising an emergency response should one be requested or become necessary. Guardian24 allows users to log their daily tasks, get GPS location fixes, and any other important information. Should the users safety be compromised they can easily summon help with the press of a panic button on their smartphone, at this stage the service will record live audio and immediately notify a nominated respondent. Guardian24 is used to protect mobile staff when lone working, traveling to and from work, visiting clients in their homes and businesses and when working in isolation on remote sites.
