Worcester City Council, an existing Capita customer for over seven years, along with Wychavon and Malvern Hills District Councils combined strengths to transform their revenues and benefits operations. Working in partnership with Capita Revenues and Benefits, the shared service has improved the tax, business rates and administration of benefits across south Worcestershire.Â
