Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) already used Capita's OPENHousing software to help manage the administration of its housing stock and so it was a natural step to select Capita's Workflow solution to automate processes when it wanted to simplify the management of new tenancies.
Providing better services
With successful implementation of workflow for the group's scheduling of housing officer appointments and calls, Sue Rice, business systems manager, identified the potential for further improvements and wider roll-out: "It soon became apparent that we could work a lot more intelligently by using this module in other departments and then it just snowballed."
