Freeing staff at Excel Housing Solutions to support vulnerable people

The challenge

Excel Housing Solutions provides communitybased supported housing projects in Merseyside. With 25 units to manage, including a dedicated unit for adults with complex needs, and only 17 members of staff, there’s a great deal to achieve each day.

Administration and paperwork had become time-consuming. Excel Housing was looking to move away from paper files and to start using a system which would bring all their information together electronically.
