Anthony joined Capita in 2016 and has overall responsibility for the Advantage suite of products covering Social Housing, Local Government Revenues and Benefits, Digital & Document Solutions serving both the Public and Private Sector within the wider Capita software services division.
In his role, Anthony is responsible for all elements of the day to day running of the business as well as setting strategic direction. A key part of which is continuing to build upon its existing IPR and experience in providing innovative software solutions aimed at driving operational efficiencies and automation for clients across both public and private sectors.
Anthony has more than 25 years’ experience in senior management roles, including positions at Northgate Public Services, Steria and IBM.
Andrew joined Capita in January 2017 and has overall sales responsibility for the Advantage suite of products covering Social Housing, Local Government Revenues and Benefits, Digital & Document Solutions serving both the Public and Private Sector within the wider Capita software services division.
In his role, Andrew is responsible for all sales elements of the day to day running of the business as well as defining the sales strategy moving forward. The key focus is driving growth through the accounts by maximising account coverage and building on new named business across several verticals.
Andrew has worked in sales for 22 years, strongly focused on selling to the public sector, these include roles in Esteem Systems and Northgate Public Services.
Chris joined Capita in 1994 and today heads up the team responsible for delivery of the Advantage Digital platform, Advantage Mobile, CRM and e-Bulk solutions.
He has gained over 24 years’ experience in the software industry, 5 years in the public sector and a year in the telecommunications industry. Owning the strategy for the digital solutions business and working in collaboration with our clients his unit help to transform operations through innovative solutions that are delivered both rapidly and effectively whilst striving to be the best of breed in the market.
During his career he has progressed through a wide range of roles including customer support, business consultancy, test analyst, product specialist, technical design authority and senior product manager prior to taking up his current role.
James is a qualified accountant and joined Capita in 2011. He is responsible for providing full financial support to the operations teams across the business. In addition, he is also responsible for ensuring that the business operates within a robust framework of financial control.
Prior to joining Capita, James held senior finance positions at Balfour Beatty and Motorola.
Keith joined Capita in 1998 and has held several different posts involving product management including the current one where he has overall responsibility for the Advantage Revenues and Benefits software solutions within the local government sector. In his role, Keith is responsible for all elements of the day-to-day development and maintenance of these products, including the delivery of key business strategies and new innovations to support local government operations during the current challenging times of Universal Credit roll-out and central government funding reductions. Process efficiencies and automation are at the centre of this agenda.
Prior to joining Capita, Keith had worked in local government for 16 years where much of this time was as a Benefit Manager. He previously worked briefly with the Commercial Union Assurance Company.
Paul is the operations director for Capita Software Services and has responsibility for Revenues & Benefits and Financial Assessments software in the public sector as well as Digital and Document Solutions in both the Private and Public Sectors. In his role, Paul is responsible for delivering operational excellence to customers by focussing on key requirements such as the provision of operating efficiencies, process automation and advanced digital engagement.
Paul has more than 23 years’ experience in Capita and has successfully held numerous roles linked to software delivery and innovation. He has a proven track record of improving customer satisfaction levels and growing software businesses.
Peter joined Capita in 2017 and has a wide brief to help drive growth across the Advantage suite of products covering Social Housing, Local Government Revenues and Benefits, and both Digital and Document Solutions.
In his role, Peter has a broad business management portfolio with a particular focus on commercial and business development. The role will span both sales and operational aspects of the business do with a dual focus on process improvement and profitable business expansion. This incorporates the design and development of creative commercial models to help both Capita and our customers establish viable business cases.
Peter has more 30 years broad and successful experience in a variety of roles in the managed service and ICT industry with particular emphasis on Local and Central Government and a focus in recent years on commercial leadership of key opportunities.
