CSS employs over 250 staff and is based from one primary location in Trowbridge, Wiltshire (Housing, Revenues and Benefits, Technical Services and Citizen Services). We also have offices in Oldham (Payment Management, cash receipting and electronic hosted payment services) and Newbury (OPENHousing).
